01. Contractual Scope & Contracting Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement executed between you ("User", "you", or "your") and StarryBoo Limited ("StarryBoo", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a technology corporation registered and operating pursuant to the corporate legislation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
These Terms govern all access to, interactions with, and deployments of digital services maintained by StarryBoo Limited, encompassing the institutional portal (starryboo.mobi), the atmospheric intelligence platform (goweather.ai), and interactive mobile entertainment publications, specifically including Stickman Dismount: Ragdoll Break distributed through the Google Play Store and authorized application storefronts.
02. Grant of Limited License
Subject to strict adherence to these Terms, StarryBoo Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable limited license to download, install, access, and display the software strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational utility on compatible mobile devices and web browsers.
03. Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights
All software architecture, computational meteorological datasets, spatial radar rendering algorithms, H3 hexagonal grid pipelines, dynamic ragdoll rigid-body physics solvers, graphics, soundscapes, trademarks, emblems, and visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of StarryBoo Limited or its licensed partners, protected under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) of Hong Kong and international copyright conventions.
04. Acceptable Conduct & Technical Restrictions
Users are expressly and irrevocably prohibited from engaging in any of the following unauthorized activities:
- Decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering, or extracting source algorithms from any client package or API endpoint maintained by StarryBoo.
- Automated harvesting, scraping, or mass querying of GoWeather.ai Doppler radar feeds or microclimate forecasts without written corporate licensing agreements.
- Developing, distributing, or deploying unauthorized third-party modifiers, injection exploits, or speed hacks intended to manipulate physics variables in Stickman Dismount: Ragdoll Break.
- Interfering with network infrastructure, transmitting harmful payloads, or attempting denial-of-service (DoS) assaults against company endpoints.
05. Meteorological Advisory & Safety Disclaimers
Meteorological feeds, nowcasting radar graphics, isobaric fields, and localized temperature forecasts provided via GoWeather.ai are synthesized from numerical weather prediction (NWP) clusters, Doppler ground arrays, and multi-satellite feeds. While StarryBoo Limited employs state-of-the-art computational fluid modeling, natural atmospheric phenomena inherently involve chaotic dynamics.
GoWeather.ai services must never be deployed as the sole operational reference during life-safety meteorological emergencies, maritime navigation in gale-force seas, aviation dispatch, or typhoon/hurricane evacuation procedures. Users must always verify with statutory emergency civil defense authorities and governmental meteorological observatories.
06. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Storefront Terms
Certain premium visual tiers or ad-removal licenses within our mobile applications are billed through authorized payment merchants, specifically Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit. All transactions are governed by the respective storefront operator's billing conditions. StarryBoo Limited does not store or process raw credit card numbers or financial account credentials.
07. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction
Governing Law Clause: These Terms of Service, their interpretation, validity, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or StarryBoo Limited services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.
08. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable Hong Kong law, StarryBoo Limited provides all services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. Under no circumstances shall StarryBoo Limited be liable for indirect, punitive, special, consequential, or incidental damages.
09. Modifications & Termination
StarryBoo Limited reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms at any time to reflect legislative updates, technological modifications, or platform restructuring. Material revisions will be posted directly to starryboo.mobi/terms with an updated effective date.
